On his 50 x 100 piece of plot, the former teacher has undertaken dairy and poultry keeping and can now smile all the way to the bank.
"My income as a teacher was only enough to take care of my basic needs. I am doing far much better now as a farmer than I could even have imagined as a teacher," reveals the happy Mr. Mungai who practices modern farming methods.
Mr. Mungai says that making the right choices combined with an excellent strategy is the oxygen upon which success depends.
He advises and encourages any upcoming farmer to learn with experts and they will never regret.
